I already knew who Martin was before we caught up and I would have to say I was looking forward to this more than anything I've done before because I knew we were on the same wave length.
Martin has achieved so much already, like the time he went to the olympics for bob sled, co-founding a sprinting academy that has coached over 1 million people, training world champion mixed martial artists, you name it.
His passion now though, is the same as me. We want to see a shift in the fitness industry.
We want more professionals helping the people who need it the most.
We are still facing a health epidemic and it's not moving in the right direction right now.
Martin has started his own system called training for warriors and he believes that everyone can find the warrior within.
An inspirational guy on a similar journey.
In the interview we talk about:
- His upbringing and athletic career
- How he came to train the world's top mixed martial artists
- Most recommended books for success in leadership and coaching
- Training for warriors
- How the fitness industry can start getting it right.
- How can we help more people
