Kelly Peacy is the senior vice president of education and meetings for the Professional Convention Managers Association. She has over 15 years with PCMA and is a great example of someone who is an "intrapreneur".

To be an effective meeting planner you have to have a strong work ethic and an eye for details. Most attendees never see all the work that goes on behind the scenes to create awesome events.
