1/2 pound sweet Italian sausage.
1-8 ounce package of cream cheese.
1-28 ounce can tomato sauce
1-12 ounce package wild rice
1-32 ounce container can chicken broth.
1-5 ounce container fresh baby spinach.
In a large Dutch oven,brown the sausage.
After the sausage has completely cooked add the cream cheese.(this keeps the cream cheese from being lumpy)
Add the tomato sauce, chicken broth, rice and spinach and simmer for about an hour.
Serve with corn bread or biscuits.
