Dustin is the Founder of the video agency, UNION, located in Farmington, CT. He helps marketing teams and agencies use video strategically, not just creatively, to drive clarity, trust, and demand. When Dustin started creating films for businesses, he was only thinking about production, not additional services. But since launching UNION in 2011, he has continued to evolve his business, including being honored with three Emmy’s.
