Increasing pressure from the ABA for Law School Transparency in reporting bar pass rate statistics Current financial difficulties in the law school sector The emergence of law school bar prep classes as part of the required curriculum The links between employment statistics and commercial bar prep company relationships to law schoolsThe net result, Jackson concludes, is a system unfairly weighted against the law student and requiring an effective double payment for an inferior level of bar preparation.
