NCECA is currently seeking Program Proposals around the idea of Future Flux, for next years conference in Portland, Oregon. Artists, educators, curators, critics, historians, technical and professional practices experts, students (undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, graduate), etc. are all encouraged to apply!
