In this podcast episode I decided to take a discussion I was having with my wife and turn it into a podcast. Essentially what we were talking about was wouldn't it be nice not to have to worry about what you ate and being healthy all the time. Well I thought about that and decided to explore the difference in terms of it being hard to live a fit life vs hard to live a flab life. I the end I think you will end up agreeing with me but you never know so I guess you better listen to find out what the heck I am talking about!
