Slick marketing can mislead us with doctored before and after photos. Real scientific inquiry is not so easily deceived. In the spirit of deconstructing core training we brought in a real expert on the subject, Dr. Mike T. Nelson.
Dr. Mike holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology, a BA in Natural Science and an MS in Mechanical Engineering, so he definitely knows his stuff.
