Meagan adopted the name “Grow Thanks” because she didn’t feel like her last name aligned with her any longer. “’Grow Thanks’ is really my message. If we can grow our gratitude, we can come into our power.” She says she went on a journey of remembering to come up with the concept of “I Am.”“I knew there was more. I knew I had wisdom to integrate.” The more time Meagan spent in nature, the more she started to connect and feel the different frequencies there. She believes that we’re on an unbelievable place of support from Mother Earth right now. “We’re all just frequencies” Tyhson recommends listeners check out “The Masters of the Far East, Volumes 1-6” to learn more about the power of “I AM” (see “INTERVIEW LINKS”). Meagan wants people to let go of the beliefs that others have given us. She also thinks would be well served to get rid of the word “should” and replacing it with “I am going to” or “I am doing this.”“Let go of obligation and come into that joy” She shares that the practice of grounding involves letting go of rituals. To do this, she says you can imagine a cord, or tree roots, going into Mother Earth. This lets all of that static energy flow down into her, and in turn, she’ll create loving and supportive energy from it. “I think that opens the door for expansion” There’s energy between your heartbeats, which is your dominant vibration. Meagan used drumming to help her find her own true primal beat. “I came into a rhythm that really danced with my own heartbeat” She feels that if you’re naturally in your space, and who you are, there’s no need to forgiveness and there’s nothing to forgive for.“Anything that’s limiting you or putting you in a box, let it go and just expand. Be unapologetically you.” For Meagan, there’s never an end and she is on an ongoing journey of discovering. It’s not supposed to be complicated, and she reminds her clients that she isn’t doing the healing, but helping them remember. Her advice to others is to become more aware of how many things they’re doing without intention. You can then re-evaluate and ask yourself where you can bring more awareness into your life. This can be integrated in small steps, such as when setting a computer password. “Stop giving your power away” Meagan’s clients come to her by word-of-mouth. She mostly works with them 1-on-1, but also has used group settings and she’s in the process of creating a class for kids. “I want to counteract any programming that’s happening at home or school” Her main objective in her work is to raise the vibration of one million people in this world.
