So like I said in the intro, I recorded this last Thursday but didn't/haven't had time to actually post it until today. I have felt like a chicken with its head chopped off for the past couple weeks since school is winding to a close for the term, between exams and group projects and presentations and everything else.
Basically, I take us in a fully circular trip around my crazy brain and end up back at the moral of the story: mental toughness is the key to solid performance. Regardless of your skill level, to perform at YOUR best at your skill level (be that C, A, GM, doesn't matter), you need to be able to block everything from your mind except the shooting. Once the only thing in your brain is the shooting, execution of your skills and stage plan becomes second nature.
