When is the right time to take your Amazon business outside of Amazon?
Certainly many sellers are tempted to explore the possibilities of selling outside of Amazon at a certain point.
For long term Amazon FBA success having a presence outside of Amazon could prove to be a smart play.
Here is my breakdown of thoughts on when you should consider moving outside of Amazon.
If you are not having success on Amazon then don't worry about starting your own e-commerce site yet. Once you start to have some Amazon FBA success with a few products then you might consider taking your brand outside of Amazon. If you are just getting started then don't waste an ounce of effort on things like Facebook ads or any other social media marketing. You don't ever have to take your business outside of Amazon if you don't want to as Amazon is still a great platform that converts.Here are some benefits to having your own site:
You can enroll in Amazon brand registry You can link your e-commerce and Shopify site to your Amazon FBA account You can gain a few additional sales You can link it to your social media accounts for your brand You get the email addresses of your customers You can control everything Customers and easily contact you about issuesNot a member of the Facebook Mastermind group yet?
