As I was preparing for my next live coaching session on "HOLISTIC HAPPINESS" for the Best Year Ever Coaching program, I came across an article I wrote in 2008 for Bliss Magazine, "How to Choose Happiness."
The article (and this podcast episode) is based on a letter I received from Katie, a woman who was feeling hopeless, telling me about her depression and why she simply can't be happy.
In today's podcast episode, you'll hear me read Katie's letter, followed by my response, and then her final, unexpected, and truly inspiring conclusion, about how applying the advice in my letter completely shifted her perspective, opened her eyes to new possibilities, and enabled her to immediately begin to transcend her depression.
