My guest today is Lisa Parr. When Lisa was in high school, she was very athletic, and active. But in her 20s, she started smoking and stopped being active- it simply didn’t cross her mind that she should exercise. Plus, she was busy raising her kids. When she encountered a health scare, she knew it was time to start focusing on her health, and since then, Lisa’s been on a journey to better health.
