Episode 11 covers one of the most interesting new shows on Netflix - Last Chance U - a six-episode docuseries that chronicles the football season of the players of East Mississippi Community College, as they try to balance their academic workload with their passion for football and their drive for redemption and a chance to return to Division I. Today on the show I am joined by cousin and former student athlete Griffin Brixey to discuss the many stories and subplots of this series. THIS SHOW CONTAINS SPOILERS!!!! Griffin and I break down the season of the EMCC Lions, the controversy surrounding their temperamental coach Buddy Stephens, and his mid-season suspension, the season-ending brawl and the racial overtones displayed in reaction to the players.
