Show Notes Lisa is a coach, speaker, best-selling author, dietitian-nutritionist, Founder of Femanna and creator of The Vibrant Energy Breakthrough. She helps exhausted female entrepreneurs with a big message feel energized, healthy, balanced and fully present so they have the energy to magnetize their presence, engage with their clients, get out and network and make a difference in the world. Women have always been the nurturers, putting themselves last; the only difference today is women have added more to their plate with careers. Lisa explains how we can identify things that put women at risk of burning out and having low energy. She provides tips on what to do when there may be a big event coming to prepare for the challenge and protect your self from burning out. “It’s more being than doing, when you’re in the being-ness and you’re not forcing, you’re just being who you are.” Quieting the mind is one of the first things Lisa explain to help guide her clients to care for themselves. “Imagine yourself melting in to the oneness of everything so you are not separated.” She adds that if you don’t take those little tiny moments and you’re just always driving yourself forward you’re not going to be fulfilled. Doing this will result in a constant state of burnout. Lisa mostly works with women because she can connect with them on a different level, and also because of her own personal experiences as a woman. She currently works one-on-one and in groups. She enjoys the group setting and is taking this concept to the online world. “I just know that groups is where I thrive, that’s where people thrive and I love to be connected with people.” Lisa’s new group program is called the Vibrant Energy Breakthrough. It features experts from different fields, in order to makes sure it is as informative and valuable to her clients. She will also be offering retreats in the near future. “I think the more information and the more experience people can get, the better.
