Episode 16: AltiBash2 & Black Dragon event reports and CoK preparation

In Episode 16, Jon, Dan and Nick talk about the recent tournaments run by the Sharp brothers - AltiBash2 (Andrew) and Morgoth's Gambit (Garry). Spoiler alert: Dan didn't win either event.
Then we talk about the upcoming Clash of Kings (aka. CoK), cue lots of references to "biggest CoK ever" and "CoK action". Dan, Nick and Jon all talk about the armies they will be taking, Saturday night entertainment and sleeping arrangements (!)
Edited bits: The (probable) venue for CoK 2017 was discussed but cut as this isn't finalised yet... you'll just have to wait :)
