Derrick Eells is the co-founder and President of TenDot, a full-service meeting management and incentive house, planning, executing and streamlining the world’s best corporate meetings and reward travel programs. TenDot is one of America's fastest growing privately held companies according to the In . 5000 2015 list. TenDot solutions have been shown to increase sales and employee retention while improving overall company performance. Derrick graduated from the University of San Diego with a BA in Spanish and certification in Not-for-Profit Leadership. He worked as a Director for the world’s largest meeting management and incentive travel company. Following this experience, he returned to Lincoln, Nebraska to create TenDot. With his extensive knowledge of the world and cultures, Derrick possesses the tools to seamlessly integrate client’s goals with a uniquely designed program to fit their needs. Derrick is also a keynote speaker, a member of the Entrepreneurship Organisation (EO), a founding member of Lincoln’s Young Professionals Group, and a volunteer with Junior Achievement and serves on the judicial nominating commission.
