Nick Freshman is a native Arlingtonian who is the co-owner of Spider Kelly’s and was the co-owner of the former Eventide Restaurant in Clarendon. We talked with Nick about the current state of Arlington's restaurant business, why so many restaurants are closing, and why he's decided to start investing in and advising new restaurants.
