I’m going to give you a brief overview of who I am and what my mission is here.
My name is Magda Freedom Rod, and I’m your host. I’m a certified yoga instructor, a conscious eating expert, and health & lifestyle guide. I’m also a mother, a public speaker, a blogger, an environmentalist, and an activist. I’m on a mission to raise the vibration on the planet and inspire and empower people to be the change we wish to see in the world.
What’s your wish for the world? For me, it’s a healthy planet full of thriving healthy people, where all sentient beings are treated with love and respect. For me, it’s a world that works for everyone.
