Today’s Arrow Tip: take a cold shower.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! Whenever I get out of a cold shower, I imagine myself as Donkey Kong beating his chest after he just rescued Peach from the castle.
Cold showers are proven to:
-strengthen immunity
- improve blood circulation
-increase metabolism
-improve lymphatic movement
