Every athlete gets fatigued, heck we train hard, we push ourselves to the limits and beyond so it’s no surprise we become physically fatigued. However there is a “big” difference between Physical Fatigue and Mental Fatigue.. One is sore muscles and dwindling energy and the other can have a catastrophic impact on our ability to function, process and perform.
