Observations from a Fifty-Something Woman in Love with Kim Thompson

On today's episode I'm joined by Fitness Consultant Kim Thompson, who is a certified personal trainer, Nordic Pole coach and Yoga instructor specializing in fitness programs for people 40+. 

Our conversation today is about urogenital health. Two of the products that Kim recommends are RepHresh Pro-B and Replens.

Kim's holistic approach to health and wellness brings great results for clients. She encourages clients to challenge themselves by developing a set of goals. Based on client feedback, Kim creates a program that incorporates a safe and effective workout routine with nutritional guidance.
