Have you ever sent a Message in a Bottle? Well it doesn't really seem Voyager really did on this episode with the same name. It seemed like it was maybe more like message in a doctor? But that's not the only part of the episode that doesn't make sense. But before we try to crawl backwards into the bottle, for news we talk a little about the Orville because I don't think it is something we have really touched on. Black Mirror’s new season is mentioned because they have one episode for the upcoming season that is visually similar to Star Trek. Star Trek Voyager’s Message in a Bottle guest stars Andy Dick as the EMH II. There is some great back and forth between Robert Picardo and Andy Dick that are some of the best parts of the episode. The B plot just feels kind of like a waste of time. Also why does sending a file cause the file to be lost? All this and more this week on Synthaholics your weekly shot of Star Trek!
