Overwhelmingly, Anna LeBaron and Ruth Wariner, authors of The Polygamist’s Daughter and The Sound of Gravel, respectively, were at the top of the list. Anna & Ruth share how they overcame the worst of circumstances in their childhoods as part of a polygamist cult, and how later they discovered the tragedy that bound them, but didn’t define them.
