Summary:
In this episode I talk about my experience with setting new years resolutions, and the approach that I now take today. I've found that moving with the herd and making promises I wasn't going to stick to didn't work for me. PS I hate the term "hack", so hopefully you'll see that I'm using it here a little sarcastically.
