What makes us live longer? Well, research shows that other countries are beating the US on life expectancy by about 1/3, meaning we have it all wrong. We know what is important---eating right and exercising regularly. Less from the pantry and more from the garden is the old saying, and if we want to live longer, we need to really get into gear!
