Martin Luther said, "You can't stop a bird from flying over your head, but you can stop them from making a nest in your hair." Martin Luther wasn't really talking about birds, he was talking about your thoughts.
Many times we try to control your actions without dealing with our thoughts, and it's hard. That's why willpower doesn't always work. If we deal with the thoughts first, then the actions will take care of themselves.
Info from the Show
God's Word has a ruler for our thoughts, "We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." 2 Corinthians 10:5
In this episode we'll break down that verse and find a practical way to take everything thought captive that doesn't line up with the Word of God.
I'll also show you how to distinguish between God's Voice and Satan's voice.
