I LOVED this interview. Jimmy is straight and to the point, a data driven point to be exact! He doesn't sugar-coat the fact that he feels everything regarding your practice (business and clinical) should be measured, as if it can't be measured, it can't grow. Yup, to Jimmy it is that simple.
