Tonya Martin, CPT-CI, is the owner of Busy Body Fitness, the #1 group fitness program here in Chattanooga, TN, where she caters to women 35 years and older.
But because of Tonya’s 20+ years of hard-core, military, police, martial arts, and personal training experience, she’s recently expanded her clientele and customer base to include more men (basically, where she first started her fitness career). Tonya has personally trained men and women at all fitness levels, from stay-at-home-moms to superstar athletes.
She received her certification as a master’s fitness instructor with the U.S. Army. And she was also a law enforcement personal trainer and a premier personal trainer with the Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX. So just consider her a regular G.I. Jane.
Tonya has additional personal training experience in exercise therapy, fitness nutrition, and certification through the International Sports Science Association.
