Stephanie is definitely not the type of client or runner scared to just freaking go for it. When she reached out for coaching, she was running a 100 miler, somewhere hot. Her words. So, we agreed to help her get there. Rarely when a runners' mind is made up is there a chance to change it so we figured we would both learn some things and potentially go out and finish a brutal 100 in the Texas heat, or just spontaneously combust.
