A new study out of the University College of London has linked the temperature of your home to high blood pressure. Nearly one hundred million people in the US struggle with high blood pressure. This can lead to other complications such as a stroke or heart attack. The study consisted of nearly five thousand participants sixteen years of age or older. They filled out a lifestyle questionnaire and nurses visited their homes to measure the indoor temperature and the participant’s blood pressure.
