Perhaps it's disappointment. Despair. Death. Divorce. Disconnection…Disengagement.
We disengage from our feelings. Our relationships.
We disengage within ourselves.
So, how ENGAGED are YOU?

I’ve discovered 9 Areas Of Engagement in Life.
Please allow your heart to lead you as you do this exercise.
Rate each of these 9 areas of life from 1-10 (1 = Disengaged. 10 = Fully Engaged + In LOVE.)
1. Love.
2. Spirit.
3. Time.
4. Self. (Self Care)
5. Thoughts.
6. Growth.
7. Life’s Work.
8. Finances.
9. Fun.
Please add up the numbers.
What’s your number? This is your Engagement Rating (eRating).
What’s most important here is that you’ve located yourself, and you know where you are. No matter what your number is, you can change it starting today.
Is your eRating at 45 or below?
If so, you’re DISENGAGED.
Is your eRating between 45 and 63?
If so, you’re SOMEWHAT DISENGAGED.
If your eRating between 64-90?
If so, you’re ENGAGED.
Wherever you are, identify it today.
