Hey everyone Sheevaun here driving for your success, and today's topic is about this little drug that we have inside of us that really gives us an amazing shift. So generally we're looking for coffee, tea, you know, atterall or something, you know, something to really get our brain going and to really get motivated. And there's this amazing thing that our body already produces and it's called dopamine. And the dopamine hit is actually designed for prosperity.
Why? Yeah. So dopamine head is designed for prosperity to give you the ability to get up and get moving and have motivation. So if you're eating too much sugar, you're being too sedentary, uh, you're actually going to prevent those dopamine hits, right? And the worst thing that can happen is the more sedentary you get, it just builds and builds and builds. So dope mean he really has to be trained into you because it's gotten trained out of somehow and you live your own life and you know how it's gotten trained out of you.
So how do you get a dopamine hit? All right, so let's imagine that there is a problem where you see the problem, you know the problem, you're focusing on the problem, but all you have is the problem. It's like, OK, there's a fire, there's a fire, there's, Oh yeah, OK, so you know that there's a fire, but at the end of the day, it's the dopamine hit that is actually going to get you up and out to pull yourself out of the fire to put the fire out. So dopamine hit his, get up, stand up, you know, as they say in the Bob Marley Song, get up, stand up, right? Uh, but to stand up, move your body, shake your booty, a little dance party and take a glass of water and give yourself some positive reinforcement because dopamine hits actually come more effortlessly into your body, your brain, your life, and your abundance or your leadership, whatever that is that you're looking for, and it's really going to help you achieve a greater level of abundance, ease and grace. So find a positive aspect of the problem that you're trying to solve. And try another one and another one. And another one, it is said that it takes seven dopamine hits in order to get massive momentum going. So try that out on yourself. This is Sheevaun driving for your success.
