On this episode of Catholic Forum, after a brief introduction, the Holy Gospel for the First Sunday of Advent, and a cut from Beth Nielsen Chapman's "Hymns" CD, we will hear the first part of a four-part Advent series by Fr. Richard Jasper, Associate Pastor of St. Ann Church in Wilmington, Delaware. In the series, Father uses the story in Saint John's Gospel about the Samaritan Woman at the Well to help us through our Advent journey to Christmas. We will also hear from Fr. Jim Schmitmeyer of the Diocese of Amarillo, Texas, the High Plains Preacher.
