Today's episode is really the anchor of the whole series, it's about embodiment. I get into what it is, like what does that actually mean, what's the value in it, or in otherwords, why is it EVERYTHING?
And that's really not much of an exaggeration. In the Wild Soul world everything begins and ends with embodiment. You'll see why in this episode. It helps with discernment, which helps with decision making, safety, integrity, relationships...so many things.
