Last Friday we discussed recommitting to the goals that we fell short on last year and today we discuss re-evaluating our definition of success. It is too easy to get caught up in social norms and allowing them to define what success looks like until you look up after achieving everything and realize it is none of what you actually wanted.
The key to success is creating the right goals, but if your version of success wasn’t the right one you could have been taking the wrong steps all along. Sometimes falling short isn't due to poor action, it’s due to having the wrong end goal in mind.
I hope you take the next 15 minutes to decide if you need to re-evaluate what success means to you.
