There are some times when you just can’t help acknowledging someone.
There was just such a day recently.
We were coming to the end of the year and there are a number of initiatives that need to be completed so everyone can head into the holidays with relaxation on their mind
One of these was an initiative with visibility all the way up to the top executive in the department
There were six applications that needed to be brought up to corporate standards before the end of the year.
We started this initiative in April and everyone looked at the goal and rolled their eyes.
It was a massive undertaking few people thought we could achieve.
