In this PNC Podcast episode, John interviews radiologist and actor Dr. Dara Lifschutz.
Dr. Lifschutz is an accomplished radiologist specializing in Women's Imaging. She studied at Brandeis University and Tufts University School of Medicine and completed post-graduate residency and fellowship training at Staten Island University Hospital, Nassau University Medical Center and NYU Langone Medical Center, where she was a faculty member for three years.
About 10 years ago, she rediscovered her creative side and began dabbling in acting as a hobby. And she found that she really loved it. So, she began to adjust her work schedule, studied acting, and began part time work as an actor, which she continues to pursue.
I think Dara’s story will inspire you.
She’s following a career that she's passionate about in a responsible and methodical way. And she is unwilling to quit, even though it is often a challenging process.
She provided several resources that might help you to find a similar creative outlet.
