Welcome to The Agent Edge: Episode #19!

In this podcast episode, we are joined by Alex Deguzman, an agent in our Newport Beach office on the Hackett Team.  

Before getting into real estate, Alex served in the U.S. Air Force for 6 years as a security forces member. After a fellow serviceman told him that he would make a great real estate agent, Alex decided to give it a shot and get his real estate license.

While still serving in the U.S. Air Force, Alex discovered The Agent Edge Podcast which inspired him to begin a part-time real estate career with a brokerage near the base he was stationed at. In his free time, he would listen to our podcast and practice scripts, objections, and writing notecards to prospective buyers/sellers. 

Now, after a successful first year on the Hackett Team as a Luxury Specialist, Alex is ready to take on 2019.

In this show, you’ll learn about Alex’s journey to becoming a successful Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties agent and his drive to become a top agent in Newport Beach.
