Believe me, I get it. Back in the beginning of my “food is medicine” journey, it was extremely challenging to find people who understood what all the fuss is about. Who understood why I wanted to scream about the paleo lifestyle from the rooftops. Who understood how liberating it feels to use food as medicine, and take back your health.
