Annelies Richmond is an international trainer of mindfulness, meditation, and leadership development programs through the International Association for Human Values and the Art of Living Foundation. Annelies has trained over a thousand meditation and leadership teachers in five countries and has been meditating and practicing mindfulness techniques for 20 years. She is also the founder and director of Sky Campus Happiness Program, which is a national university leadership and well-being program, through which she trains and empowers student leaders to become meditation and well-being facilitators for their campus.
