[2:13] One part of understanding anxiety and panic attacks is understanding its root causes. Poppy shares some examples of how positive changes can lead to stress that is overwhelming.
[6:16] Going back to the beginning, Aaron shares more about the moment in his life when his panic attacks first started. Poppy sheds some light on Aaron's first experiences with panic attacks.
