Or maybe you have a mom friend who has natural curves and toned arms and legs and doesn’t exercise nearly as much as you do.

The reason for this can be explained by understanding that all of us have a unique composition based on the three Somatotypes.

What does that mean?

We are all made up of three primary body types - Ectomorph, Mesomorph, and Endomorph - that group individuals based on bone structure and weight distribution.
