Ahhh, good ole food guilt. You know--the voices in our heads that say things like:
"You shouldn't have eaten that you _____ (insert negative thing about our body here)"
"Why did you eat that 5th cookie?! You know it's not good for you."
"You always crave junk food. You should feel awful about yourself."
"Ugh, why did I eat that 3rd piece of pizza?!"
Those voices in our heads can load us down with serious guilt about what we eat, what we should eat, and what we crave.
So how do you combat this food guilt? Here are 4 tips to help you let go of feeling guilty :)
BTW--I'm doing a special "Support Sister" matching for the Normal Eaters Club! If you are interested in taking your journey deeper, check out the community here. This special offer is for you to be matched with another woman (your Support Sister) for support, "motivation", and inspiration along the way. The three of us will do 2 coaching sessions together to help you each figure out where to start, what to focus on and how best to support each other! (Plus the Normal Eaters Club community to support you, as well).
