If you know the name Joe Friel, you know triathletes consider him a legend. He was one of the 1st triathlon coaches and became a USA Triathlon and USA Cycling certified elite-level coach. An endurance coach since 1980 Joe Friel has worked with triathletes, runners, cyclists, and other endurance athletes around the globe. Today he conducts seminars around the world for coaches & athletes. It's a real pleasure today, to visit with Joe Friel!
