-We all have energy within us. Sometimes we are not aware of the energy we are absorbing or giving out.

-To find your own frequency, ground yourself from the top down. Starting with your head and ground yourself, roots into mother earth.
-Healers and light workers shine really brightly and others are attracted to us. People need the love and light that light workers send off.
-How do we take that joy energy and align it to something that we want? To know that mindset and things end up being things in reality.
-We put out our intention to have a great job, but when we are out with our friends we say it will never happen. Why isn’t it working I’ve tried this door and this door?
-Universe heard you say you didn’t want it. Then we beat ourselves up and the mind chatter says see I told you so.
-You can turn this around by focusing on the move towards. Focus on what you are doing even if that means pick up the phone or go to the networking meeting, when you don’t want to.
-We don’t put enough weight on the steps in the right direction. We think, we have to…need to… must do..
-The question of the brain wouldn’t be I’m not doing enough. It would be what else? That’s where the passion and creativity is.
-Keep a positive focus on what you are doing each day.
- Ask yourself, “Is this what I want?” You can ask it when you are meditation.
- Tap into yourself, align yourself and feel the energy within your being. Notice what you are feeling and be the observer.
-Fear maybe come from others or you may not need to be there. Notice how you feel. Do you feel good when you are there? Separate the feeling between the uncomfortable or if someone is taking your energy.
-Taught don’t talk to strangers. As an adult we go networking events and may not feel safe, because we are talking to strangers. Tell the little one it’s safe to talk to people.
-Conscious and subconscious patterns we were trained. Has it been serving you? If not, it creates a stuckness.
-Feeling of fear is the same emotion as excitement.
-Scale of emotions one side of the scale is anger. The other side is excitement and in the middle is boredom. We can fly from one end to the other.
-Is fear a bad word? Is excitement a good word? Fear is pain. Pain is pay attention to take weakness and turn into strength.
