It's important to understand why you do things and why you don't do things.
When you dig deeper into why you don't do something, it actually frees up the energy and creates space for you to choose differently and take different action. Sometimes what stops us in pursuing what we want next in our work, our relationships or our health doesn't seem like a big deal once we analyze what is actually holding us back.
When you take a few minutes to think about why you do certain things in your work, your relationships and your health and well-being it is a way to show gratitude and appreciation for what you are doing and to celebrate the success you are having.
