So many people share with me that all they want is FREEDOM; freedom to choose what they want to do each day and freedom to work on what they want to work on.
When I tell them that the key to creating freedom is to having a routine and structure and framework for their day most of them are hugely resistant. They feel that this routine will hold them back, keep them from doing what they want and stop them some more from living the life they desire most.
They are actually wrong. A routine actually gives you MORE TIME, it INCREASES YOUR PERSONAL ENERGY because you're feeding it and not wasting it and it allows you to FOCUS on what is most important to you.
