It is also allowed me to understand what grief really is, how it feels and how it shows up in every moment after a loss.
Even at the beginning of my grief journey, I knew that I wanted to write about my experience but what I didn't know is that it would take over 11 years before the story would be complete.
There would be other types of grief for me to experience first. In this episode, I share what I learned about grief and what I learned about myself along the way.
