It may surprise a lot of people because I'm a HUGE talker...but, I like to spend a lot of time quietly thinking about "deep things." Those things include: what's happening in the world, money (of course), futuristic things, science, and the list goes on.
Today's episode is a nod to some deep thoughts I've had concerning achieving goals and what keeps most people (and myself) from achieving them.
And, in all of that thinking and reflecting...I've figured it out. I'm going to talk about minimal sustainable actions, previous goals that I've achieved, and the importance of planning for those days when we just don't have the energy....to work towards our goals.
